We did not forecast how popular paid support has turned out to be and this have put us under immense pressure due to lack of resources. We want to continue to offer quality products at an affordable price, therefore we have decided to allocate more time to development.
This had been a very difficult decision for our team to make but we feel it is the best choice for now.

Support and help is a vital part of any product and services so for that reason, we have setup a community forum for all customers and non-customers to use. This is a free community support forum. For our existing customers who have already purchased paid support from us, we will continue to serve you under our support subscription expires.
