Our products consist of extensions (components/modules/plugins) for CMS (Content Management Systems, usually Joomla! and WordPress) or 3rd party standalone software related to CMS use.
Our website rapidplugins.com provides a download service for our products in accordance with the licenses specified for each of them.
The download of our products is granted only to customer who have purchased a product subscription as long as it is still valid. A subscription may be valid only for a subset of products/services (even a single one) as clearly specified both in any product page and in the "Buy subscription" page of our website.
Every product subscription is identified by a unique alphanumeric key (often called "product key") and has a limited time duration (usually 1 year).
Unlimited use granted
A valid membership grants you the right to download the latest version of products in your subscription as many times as you want within the membership period. You are allowed to install our products unlimited times on an unlimited number of websites regardless of the finality (both commercial or personal websites).
When your subscription expires you can keep using our products without limitation however you won't be allowed anymore to download the most up-to-date version.
After subscription expire date, you'll have to purchase a new product key in order to keep having membership subscription advantages.
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your needs. Redistribution of the products or any modified version must always be done in accordance with the GNU GPL license however you must not change or remove the copyright/license information in any of the product source code files.

Your product subscription is strictly personal and cannot be shared with other people voluntarily or involuntarily.
Sharing your personal subscription product key or other methods which could allow for multiple, simultaneous downloads (with the same product key yet from different users) are strictly forbidden and may result in suspension of your subscription in any moment and without any prior notification.
If you think your product key has been stolen or used without your authorization then contact us at email@example.com, we'll proceed with manual verification of your data and eventually replace your product key with a new one.
In any case we won't replace your suspended product key with a new one more than 3 times.
Products compatibility and updates
All of our products are designed to run properly on the platform/environment(s) specified on our website. We always try to make our products compatible with the latest version of the CMS they're designed for however we cannot guarantee that they will run properly on future versions. Any new version/update of a product is free for all the customers who own a valid product subscription (i.e. a valid product key which includes the specific product). Expired subscriptions, Not-Confirmed subscriptions or Suspended subscriptions are considered as NOT valid.
When a new version of one of our products is released, it will be published on our website and you may optionally receive a notification via email. When you want to update a product you simply have to download its latest version (using your valid product key) and install it.
We deliver our products ONLY via email as attachment to the Email address specified in the Buy subscription page (we call such email address "User provided email address" or "user email address"). There's no download link and we will not manually send any product to an email address different from the user provided one.
You're not allowed to change by yourself the user provided email address so we recommend you to double check it BEFORE completing purchase.
Make sure to enter a valid and existing email address where you're able to receive zip attachments without problems, if you're not sure there's a useful Email Attachment Test link in the Buy subscription page which may help you to check if your email address can correctly receive our products.
If you're unable to receive our attachments because of strict antispam filters we're not responsible for that and we recommend you to fix that with your email service provider.
If you cannot receive our products on the provided email address and you're also unable to fix your email filter issues then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we'll proceed with manual verification of your data and eventually replace your provided email address with a new one of your choice. In any case we won't replace your email address more than 2 times.
If you have bought the wrong product and wish to exchange for another product. We can only offer the exchange of product if you have not confirmed your product key via email link in confirmation email sent to you. You may also be subject to pay or refund the differences depending on the cost of the product you want to exchange for.
The payment process is fully automated. You're allowed to pay either with a credit/debit card or through PayPal. Our payment gateway (PayPal) accepts the most used credit cards in world depending on your country.
Please check directly on the PayPal website which credit card types are accepted in your country. It is NOT required to have a PayPal account to complete the payment. We do NOT accept payments with eCheque.
When the payment operation is complete, you'll immediately receive your product key however your subscription will be in a "WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION" status; in order to prevent frauds or unwanted purchase we always require you to confirm/activate your subscription manually. The confirmation process is very simple: right after a successful payment you're going to receive a confirmation email on the email address provided in the checkout page on PayPal. Inside of such confirmation email there's activation link you have to click on.
Please note that you won't be able to use your product subscription until you activate it. If your subscription is still in "WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION" status you're eligible to ask for refund, however once your product key has been activated we will not issue any refund (partial or total) anymore.
If you have successfully purchased a product subscription but you weren't able to receive any confirmation email you can use our Resend Confirmation Email service or simply contact us at email@example.com.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Rapidplugins Ltd. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Rapidplugins offers commercial CMS extensions "as is", with no implied guarantee that they will function exactly as you wish or with any other 3rd party extensions/templates/customizations/themes/software installed on your website.

Rapidplugins Ltd. does not guarantee its software products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions or templates or customizations as there is currently no certification process for such extensions or templates. All Rapidplugins products are tested to work on all major browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 7 and newer), Google Chrome, Opera, Apple Safari (version 4 and newer).
